Is it that the Nation is becoming mad?
\nIs it that I am seen wrong where there is none?
\nWhat is going on in the USA?
\nThe new generations against the older generations.
\nThe lack of love for the country has been embedded
\nin the mind of the new generations.
\nThey just hate the country and in an open defiance
\nthat range deep in treason, they get the most bizarre
\ncauses and chant the lyrics of the enemies of the country.<\/p>\n
In the meantime, the country prepares itself for the
\nmost important Election of our lifetime.
\nWhat is going to happen? Do we The People will accept
\nanother bogus election or the country will inflame?<\/p>\n
I say bogus because we are using computers, the most
\neasy way to make a great fraud, and using
\nequipment from a foreign company who is responsible
\nfor the elections in Venezuela, is the surest way
\nto get a fraudulent election result.<\/p>\n
I am an expert in computer systems, Senior
\nField Engineer for NCR and Harris Corporation
\nData Communications Division (now both defunct)
\nI am retired, I still can recognize the way
\nto have the data manipulated at will.<\/p>\n
There is one caveat though, an operator is needed
\nto manipulate the data; the computer does nothing
\nintelligent by itself, it is just a tool.
\nThe operator is guilty of the manipulation.
\nUsually the one with the key to alter the data,
\nis not the operator, s\/he does not have the key
\nand the password so, who is the one?

So, who is responsibly for the fraud? The provider
\nof the equipment who give the machine and the program
\nthat is prone to be manipulated. It is not totally
\nthe supervisor that commits the crime, s\/he follows
\norders of his\/her boss. Does s\/he enjoys the power
\nto manipulate the results? You bet s\/he does.
\nIt is power into its hands.<\/p>\n
I will ask for the equipment be manufactured and
\nprogrammed in the country. the program must be
\ntested by our own hackers.the results must be made
\npublic by 10 pm the day of the election,
\nby the tally being send to a site full of journalists
\ndirectly from the voting sites around the nation.<\/p>\n
NO VOTE BY MAIL BALLOTS!!!!<\/p>\n
The tally must be the computer count, and the actual
\nnumber of ballots received, and who swears to be a
\nCitizen.<\/p>\n
later on, we must implement a National Id System
\nwe don’t even need to develop one, just copy Mexico’s.
\nFirst the CURP, next the voter ID, next the
\nolder ID for senior discounts everywhere.
\nThe CURP, contains all the data from the individual,
\nthe Voter ID, contains The CURP, along with the
\nVoter ID that is something 15 digits unique to the
\nindividual and, the photo of the individual;
\nthe senior ID that contains the CURP and photo of the senior.
\nOne thing that is unique to this system, the Voter ID
\nis accepted everywhere as a national ID.
\nIt is valid for 10 years, cost $0.
\nat 10 years, you present your Voter ID,
\na new card is given to you valid for another 10 years,
\ncost $0.<\/p>\n

Remember Only Citizens can vote.<\/p>\n
