MARTIAL LAW<\/p>\n
The most infamous resource available to the governments around
\nthe planet is MARTIAL LAW. This resource is used against the
\ncitizens of the country in question, to incarcerate the
\ndissidents and all that oppose the political enslavement
\nof the people.<\/p>\n
The government is always a small part of the community, but
\nhave full authority over all citizens determining subjects
\nof life and death.<\/p>\n
In America, there is just one thing between the imposition
\nof a dictatorship and the free republic – at least in paper –
\nthis thing is the Constitution of the United States of America.<\/p>\n
The most advanced document ever created by Man to protect
\nthe life and property of the citizenry of the country.<\/p>\n
This philosophical masterpiece of human thought has just
\none piece of defense to survive itself: The SECOND AMENDMENT,
\nwithout it the Constitution can be destroyed very easily.<\/p>\n
The SECOND AMENDMENT imposes the defense of The
\nConstitution to its constituents, when it orders the
\ncitizenry to form a militia to overthrow a despotic
\ngovernment, at the same time the militia MUST defend
\nthe Constitution.<\/p>\n
This document is the only document in the whole world that
\nis alive and evolves from time to time. Sometimes there are
\namendments that do not make sense and are unenforceable,
\nthey are nullified but they are left in writing to serve
\nas a remainder of what not to do trying to modify
\nthe Constitution.<\/p>\n
So, at the moment of declaring Martial Law, the Constitution
\nis stopped, and there is no Law available to no one.<\/p>\n
The government will kill and enslave the citizenry, but do you
\nremember the Second Amendment?
\nThe citizenry has the power of assembly and arm itself
\nto defend itself.<\/p>\n
Civil war is then fought for long term until Law is reestablished.<\/p>\n
The only time Martial Law is a legal recourse, is when
\nThe Constitution is in peril of being destroyed, or to stop riots
\nthat destroy property and cost innocent lives.<\/p>\n
When the Constitution is respected, the rule of law is the right
\nthing to use to protest against violation of rights, Riots are not
\nthe right way to protest.<\/p>\n
When the Constitution is violated and not respected saying
\nit is obsolete and outdated, then Martial Law is not a legal
\nrecourse of the government.<\/p>\n
If you want to implant Sharia Law, or Communism, or destroy
\nThe Constitution because you can not get the power you want,
\nthen the only way to stop you is by declaring Martial Law in
\nthe spots that are affected by civil unrest provoked
\nby community activists, to stop them and reestablish
\nthe Rule of Law.<\/p>\n
By the way there is an Association that defends the
\nSecond Amendment and by doing so, defends also
\nThe Constitution Of The United States Of America
\nIts name: The National Rifle Association (NRA).<\/p>\n
